Today is a good day for Lunartik fans!, as today I’m disclosing one of the most well guarded secrets of all time… The Legs!!
I’ve been invited to make content for a cool comic making app called SlickFlick.
The app is really nice and easy to use (I can use it!), and it allows you to make your very own comic style stories using my new Lunartik & Friends content.
I’m really excited to see what you do, and once you have something worth showing, just share them with the Lunartik Facebook Fan Club so we can all have a good squizz. (Laff) 🙂
Click the link on you smart device which takes you to the App Store and click SlickFlick Download.
Instructions of use:
To begin, select the Create button! This takes your to our Theme Bank and from there you can choose from an extensive range of themes to give you a starting block for your comic.
Each Theme consist of a set of 20+ Stickers (some are animated gifs) and 10+ Background images. As we said, there’s a variety of different themes to select from, so have a good dig through and pick the one which you like best.
Once you have your chosen your theme, you may use all the stickers elements (icons) and backgrounds to help you create an engaging story. As well as the theme backgrounds available, we also offer you the option to import or take your own photos with your devices camera and use them as alternative background which gives you the option to feature in your own story!
We’re ready to start the creative storytelling process!
So all your chosen images/backgrounds turn into frames just like comic strip panels (You can add more as you progress through the story.) Each panel allows you to add Story Content, Stickers and gives you creative freedom to do what you like and interact with all the different elements including the ability to manipulate images by using the intuitive placement dropper provided.
Once you’re happy with your story and you’re ready to share it with the world….
To all the Lunartik fans who are non-apple device owners. Just think of all the fun you will have reading other peoples stories 🙂 I’ve been promised this app will also feature on other devices, but until then 🙁
